In case your participants are active in varying locations with different time zones, this can be catered to on academy and participant level.
Date and time can be displayed automatically in the configured time zone.
In detail, there are the following settings:
- Standard time zone in academy settings
- Participant time zone
- My profile/admin user time zone
Standard timezone in academy settings
This timezone is set up for all participants and can be configured under "Settings ➡️ Academy ➡️ General ➡️ Time zone":

If there are participants who do not use the standard time zone, a different time zone can be selected in the participant's profile which applies to the participant only.
My Profile
The same applies to admins. They can, as soon as they are logged into the backend, open the menu "My profile" on the bottom right and select their desired time zone, should the standard time zone be wrong.
