We have the right solution for you! ### With our Compliance Workflow, it’s now even easier to automate mandatory training and instructions.   ![Compliance Workflow X](https://support.reteach.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Pflichtteilnahme-1-png.png?width=670&height=383&name=Pflichtteilnahme-1-png.png)   To avoid having to use Excel and still keep track of training and mandatory courses, our **Compliance Workflow** is here to help. **Here are the features that make automated training easier:** - **Mandatory Participation** You can choose whether participation in a training is mandatory or optional. - **Deadlines & Due Dates** Set deadlines for when your participants should complete specific courses. - **Recurring Training** Optimize and automate instructions through repeated courses. - **Certificate Expiration** Set the validity period for certificates. - **Automatic Reminders** Set reminders to notify your participants to complete their training.   ### **Mandatory Participation** Navigate to the course and add your participants: ![Mandatory participation Agile](https://support.reteach.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202024-08-30%20at%2009-22-42-png.png?width=670&height=413&name=Screenshot%202024-08-30%20at%2009-22-42-png.png) Select your participants and activate mandatory participation (Pflichtteilnahme). These individuals must complete the course. It is a **deadline for setting the due date**. Once in the course, participants have 1 month to complete it.   **Example:** A participant joins the course on **June 15, 2025**, and has 1 month to complete it, until **July 15, 2025**. The course must be completed again by July 15, 2026, and thus, on June 15, 2026, a new deadline of 1 month is set.
