We use the 2 factor authentification (2FA) for the login into reteach. Find out here what to do if something is not working correctly.
To make the login more secure and protect your data as best as possible, we have introduced the 2 factor authentification. When signing into reteach, this field appears:
You receive a 6-digit code from the following email address: noreply@mail.reteach.io
1. Should the code not arrive immediately, firstly check the spam folder to see if the email ended up there. We recomment saving the aforementioned email address as a contact or excluding it from being classified as spam.
2. You can resend the code.
3. Usually, the code should arrive in your mailbox within seconds. In some cases it may take up to a few hours until the email with the code arrives.
