Occasionally, participant data has to be updated or new participants added. What happens to the data that has not been entered in the import list but into the system previously?
If some participants have been allocated tags after entering, a department added or a language updated, this data needs to be saved in case of a new import.
What if the excel file for the import does not contain the data already entered into the academy?
There is no need to worry - during an import, participant data is only added. If you change data in an excel sheet, it will be changed in the academy, too. If the field stays empty, the data remains unchanged in the academy.
