What to consider before opening your academy

Before you make your course accessible for participants, we recommend you to check the following:

• Your videos have been named correctly, sorted into the right category and divided into suitable lessons and chapters.
• You have correctly referenced your imprint and data protection declaration.
• You have closed the agreement over contract data processing (AVV).
• Your course is set in the design and colours of your website or corporate identity.
• You have selected a suitable and memorable domain for your academy.
• Mails are sent from your selected email address.
• You know how to invite participants and import contacts and have already added participants to your first course.
• Your course, your chapters and all lessons have been set to "Published" and are not saved as a draft.
