If you wish to cancel your current tariff, you can do so by completing the following steps:
1. In your menu, click the button with your name. This will open a window in which you select the option Account & Payment.
2. Next to the form for your billing data under Mein Tarif, you can select the option Tarif kündigen (cancel tariff)
3. When you enter the word "CANCELLATION" to confirm, your tariff will be cancelled at the next billing date.
