Why are mails currently delayed or end up in the spam folder?

Due to technical issues, email can currently be delivered delayed or into the spam folder.

Due to technical issues, emails sent from our platform are currently not being delivered as usual.

What you can do:

  1. Add the sender of our emails, noreply@mail.reteach.io, and if applicable, your individual sender address to your address book.

  2. Mark any emails from reteach that end up in the spam folder as Not Spam. This improves the chances that future emails will go directly to your inbox.

  3. Be patient. Delivery of the emails may be delayed.
