The supervisor function enables supervisors to be reminded of course completions and exceeding the deadline for mandatory courses.
In the participant details, under "Send notifications to," you can enter the email address of the supervisor if desired.
Notifications for the supervisor include:
- Completion of courses (if a certificate is included, it will be attached)
- Exceeding the deadline for a mandatory course
Special Features
There is also the option to be notified only when deadlines for mandatory courses are exceeded. This means that supervisors will not be informed about course completions.
Additionally, the "Send notifications to" field can be replaced by the Manager field if there is a connection to Active Directory.
