Live sessions and Zoom: frequent errors

Problems & Solutions

Problem: When navigating to a live session, a red error message pops up every time.

Solution: Navigate to the integration settings, select Zoom and click on "Zoom erneut verbinden" (connect Zoom again).


Problem: Error messions are received sporadically when editing live sessions.

Solution: Check whether your Zoom tariff has expired. Issues may occur with free versions of Zoom.


Problem: Live sessions cannot be edited anymore.

Solution: Navigate to the integration settings, select Zoom and click on "Zoom erneut verbinden" (connect Zoom again).


Problem: Participants receive the notification "live course has been completed" even though it is yet to start.

Solution: Navigate to the right in the settings of your live session and check its status. Should it have the status "completed", this is the source of the issue. In the three-dot-menu next to the date the status can be reset and participants will no longer view the course as completed.
