These adjustments should be made
With the switch to Streamdiver, reteach changes their contractor for video hosting and replaces the current operator Vimeo. We have informed our customers of this change via email.
What do our customers need to do?

Case group 1: External schoolings
If reteach is used for external schooligs (customers, sale of schoolings), you should list reteach as the secondary service provider for the use of your academy >> read more
If Vimeo is listed as a secondary service provider for video hosting there, this should be changed to listing our new secondary service provider Streamdiver:

Case group 2: Individual AVV
In addition to case group 1, case group 2 may also be of relevance: Please check firstly, if you process personal data for customers yourselves and therefore have entered your individual AVV (agreement for contract data processing) with them. This is for instance the case when companies are customers in your academy and school their employees with your courses. In this case, you process personal data of participants for your customer (who acts as client for the data processing and at the same time as your contractor).
If yes:
In accordance with your data protection officer you should inform your customers that Streamdiver is being used as a new secondary service provider, replacing Vimeo. Herefore, you could use the following phrase in your ADV:
