How you can reset the password of a participant

With reteach, you can reset your participants' passwords. This step is very important for privacy reasons. If you manually add a participant and set a password yourself, you are not allowed to send it to the participant via email. To allow your participants to set their own passwords, you should follow these steps:

Go to the "Participants" section and click on the participant who needs a new password.

You can now edit the participant's profile. Click on the area in the bottom right corner of the profile to reset the password.
