How to change the status of completed courses
Do you have participants who need to retake a course, but the course status is set to "Completed"? No problem, we’ll show you how to change this.
1. First, go to the participant overview of the course and select the respective participants.
You can select users by moving the cursor to the left of the participants' names. A checkbox will then appear for selection.
2. After selecting, go to the top menu and choose "Select action..."
...and then continue with "Overwrite progress".
There, choose "Hinzugefügt" (Added), and the users can start the course again.
This works just as well for groups, but only for all participants at once and not for individuals.
