How you can invite participants to your academy and your courses
You can invite participants to your academy in various ways.
Invite your participants to your academy
Navigate to the "Participants" section in the main menu. Here, you can either invite all participants or filter the desired participants.
If needed, click on "Action for this selection" after filtering and select "Invite".
Invite your participants to a course
Navigate to the desired course and select the "Participants" tab. Then, add the corresponding participants.
If you check the option to notify participants by email, they will immediately receive an email informing them that they have been added to the course.
If you forget to do this, you can send the notifications later. Simply select the desired participants and then send the invitations by clicking on "Select action".
