How you can publish a course or lessons at a certain time or reset them to drafts
For better time management, you can automate the scheduling of the publication of your courses or lessons.
Important: The course itself must be in "Draft" status and not published. You can set this on the right side of the course:
Navigate to the course you want to schedule for publication or closure. In the upper menu bar, click on the Settings tab.
Then scroll to the setting Time-controlled publishing.
When you click Edit, you can plan actions for your entire course or individual lessons. You can schedule them to be published on a specific date, set to Private, or keep them as Draft.
- Publish: The course will be visible to everyone, including visitors to your academy. Participants in your academy can complete it.
- Set to Private: The course will be visible and accessible only to the participants you select.
- Set to Draft: The course will enter maintenance mode, and no one except you and other administrators of your academy can see it.
If you remove the checkmark for Apply to Entire Course, you can schedule individual lessons for publication or set them to Draft.
