Blocking academy access and preserving the course history
If the participant's status is blocked, only the field "Will be unblocked on" will be displayed in the participant profile. By clicking on the calendar icon under this heading, you can set a date for when the participant will be unlocked in your academy. The course history will still be retained.
How do I lock a participant?
Open the corresponding participant profile and click on "Block Access" via the three-dot menu.
Then confirm that you want to block the participant.
You can unblock them at any time.
