How to add profiles for speakers in your academy and edit them

Speakers at your academy are instructors who conduct an online course or a live course. Speakers are not administrators. However, administrators can also create a speaker profile if they are hosting a course.

Speaker profiles are accessible within your academy. This means, for example, you can create a speaker in the settings under "Academy" and then "Startseite."

     

You can then add this speaker to all your courses without having to create them again for each course.

 

You can create a speaker profile in a course on the right side above the certificate or in the academy settings at the bottom of the homepage tab.

The process remains the same. Click on "Add Speaker."

 

Creating a new speaker

In the next window, you can either select from existing speakers or create a new one. If you click on "Neuen Referenten erstellen," you can create a profile with a name, biography, profile picture, and social media accounts.

 

Editing an existing speaker

In the next window, you must first select the existing speaker and add them. Then the window will close, and you can click on the name. Now you can make changes to the speaker profile.
