How participants can use reteach in different languages

How to easily offer participants the academy in different languages

In the modern corporate world, teams of a company are becoming more and more international and in many German companies, the language of communication is no longer German. In response to this, reteach has taken action.

Language settings for reteach

At the start, there is the possibility to set a 'standard language' in which the academy is shown. This can be adjusted under Settings and Academy: https://app.reteach.io/settings/academy

With this, all menu points and buttons such as Start Now, Complete Course are shown in the selected language. Alternatively, any participant can choose themselves which language they want to use the academy in. This can be done under My Profile: 

The entire navigation and all mailings from reteach, such as course invites and reminders, will be sent in the selected language, too:

At the moment, this unfortunately does not apply to course contents. Therefore, courses need to be designed bilingually or created separately for each language.

To prevent your participants from having to battle through the German navigation, their associated language can be set as standard in the language column (Sprache) during the participants' import:

• Chinese - ZH_CN
