Data protection at reteach and agreement over the contract data processing (AVV)
As operator of the software reteach we are a so-called contract data processor for our customers. This means we process personal data on your behalf, especially for your course participants.
For this, we enter an agreement over the contract data processing (AVV) with you. Further information can be found in your account under the tab Settings/Data protection (https://app.reteach.io/settings/legal).

This agreement can be closed electronically at no additional cost. Through your profile, you are always able to access the document.
As a company based in Germany, we are also able to enter an individual agreement over the contract data processing. If you would like to enter an individual DVA with us, we are happy to do so for an allowance expense of EUR 90,- plus 19% VAT for examination and agreement. As operator of the software reteach, Susell GmbH has designed all processes in accordance with Europe's data protection guidelines. In detail:
- Careful selection of the contract partner for Hosting
- Server location in Germany
- All secondary service providers are certified in accordance with the Data Privacy Framework
- Extensive data security concept
