Upon signing up in MS Teams, I receive the following error message: "my email.com" has not been entered in our system. Ensure the name has been entered correctly.   **Solution:** Check whether you have an active Microsoft package which includes teams. Furthermore check which email address is used to sign up in the admin section of your Microsoft account.
