Common errors that may appear in the Microsoft Teams integration - and their solutions
Problem: My teams account cannot be connected with reteach. Upon signing up in MS Teams, I receive the following error message: "my email.com" has not been entered in our system. Ensure the name has been entered correctly.
Solution: Check whether you have an active Microsoft package which includes teams. Furthermore check which email address is used to sign up in the admin section of your Microsoft account. Use the same address when connecting with reteach.
