Issues when logging into the academy

Help for signing up in the academy

You’ve purchased access to a course but can’t log in to the academy? These options might help:

 

  1. Ensure You’re on the Correct Academy Login Page: Make sure you’re trying to log in on the academy page of your course provider. You should have received a link to this page either in an invitation email or it might have been shared with you through another medium. If you’re unsure, try contacting the course provider. Note: Do not attempt to log in here: https://app.reteach.io/login. This login is only for course providers.

  2. Try Resetting Your Password: On the login form, you’ll see a "Forgot Password?" button in the bottom left corner. Click on it and enter the email address you used to register or were registered with in the academy. You’ll receive an email with further instructions to set a new password. With your new password, you should be able to log in as usual.

  3. Forgot Your Login Email? If you’ve forgotten the email you used to log in, it’s best to contact the course provider. They likely have their contact email listed in the imprint or on the homepage of the academy.
